摘　　要：高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。近年来,随着高校的发展,辅导员队伍不断壮大,呈现年轻化、高学历趋势。与此同时,辅导员也面临人员流动快、职业认同低、职称评聘难、职级发展慢等困境。加强辅导员队伍建设,促进辅导员职业发展,需要构建竞赛提升机制、加强职业能力培训、切实实施“双线”晋升、创新完善考核体系、完善绩效工资的设置与分配,从而提高辅导员的专业水平和职业能力。College counselors are the backbone of college students ideological and political education.In recent years,the troop of counselors has been growing with youth and higher education,facing difficulties such as fast flow,low professional recognition,difficult job title evaluation and difficulty in vocational development.For strengthening the counselor troop construction and improving the professional level and abilities,it is necessary to introduce the promoting development mechanism,improve the training and evaluation mechanism and provide the“double”promotion mechanism,so as to ensure counselors working conditions and platforms,treatment guarantee and growth potential.
