摘 要:用蛭石和H2O2形成的类芬顿体系处理活性黄X-R染料,研究蛭石类芬顿催化剂降解活性黄X-R的特性,使用激光粒度仪对粉碎后的蛭石进行粒径分析,考察了蛭石粒径及用量、H2O2用量、反应pH、反应液初始质量浓度对活性黄X-R降解率的影响.结果表明:最佳条件为粉碎时间20min(对应平均粒径为7.5μm)、蛭石投加量为1.0g/L、pH=3、H2O2用量2.94mmol/L,此条件反应180min后,对50~300mg/L的活性黄X-R降解率均能达到95%以上.还原剂盐酸羟胺的加入能够加快反应速率,拓宽类芬顿反应的pH范围;而外加紫外光源(25W)也能够加快蛭石类芬顿体系对活性黄X-R的降解速率,反应20min降解率便可达到95.7%.Vermiculite was used as a Fenton-like catalyst to catalyze H2O2 oxidative discoloration of reactive yellow XR. The properties of vermiculite-based Fenton catalyst for degradation of reactive yellow X-R were studied.The particle size of the vermiculite after comminution was analyzed using a laser particle size analyzer.Factors,such as vermiculite’s particle size and dosage,the amount of H2O2,the reaction pH and the initial concentration of reactive yellow X-R,which affected the catalytic performance were investigated.Results showed that,under the optimal conditions,when the grinding time of vermiculite was 20 min,corresponding to an average particle size of 7.5 μm,more than 95% of colour removal rate could be achieved at pH 3 after 180 min of reaction with 1.0 g/L vermiculite and 2.94 mmol/L H2O2 while the concentration of reactive yellow X-R was 50-300 mg/L.The addition of reducing agent hydroxylamine hydrochloride can accelerate the reaction rate and broaden the pH range of Fenton-like reaction.And the addition of UV light(25W)can increase the degradation rate,achieving 95.7% X-R removal rate in 20 min.
