摘 要:科技是一国或地区经济发展的主要推动力,科技投入是科技发展的基础和前提,但是我国近年来的高科技投入并没有带来相应的高增长,科技投入效率低下已经成为我国经济发展的一大掣肘。通过对中美两国研发投入对经济增长的贡献度进行测算和预测分析,发现虽然我国R&D投入总额已经逐渐与美国逼近,但我国的R&D投入对经济增长的贡献率与美国相比仍有一定的差距,要想提高科技投入产出效率,需从科技研发环境建设、科技投入资金管理和科技绩效评价制度改革等三个方面入手。Science and technology is the main driving force for economic development in a country or region.The development of science and technology is inseparable from the investment in science and technology.However,high-tech investment has not brought corresponding high growth to China.The low efficiency of R&D investment has become a major economic development in China.Elbow. Through the calculation and prediction analysis of the contribution of R&D investment to economic growth in China and the United States,this paper finds that although the total R&D investment in China has gradually approached the United States,the contribution rate of China's R&D investment to economic growth is still higher than that of the United States.A certain gap,in order to improve the efficiency of science and technology input and output,we need to start from three aspects: technology research and development environment construction,science and technology investment fund management and scientific and technological performance evaluation system reform.
