摘　　要：发展引领产业变革的颠覆性技术,不断催生新型战略性新兴产业是我国当前创新驱动和军民融合的国家战略下的必然选择。文章试图结合相关领域的最新研究,从军民融合的新视角分析颠覆性技术创新对战略性新兴产业发展,将军民融合贯穿于从颠覆性技术创新到新兴产业形成的整个过程,找寻出颠覆性技术与战略性新兴产业两者之间的机理机制,对促进我国新型战略性新兴产业的培育、形成和发展给予理论指导。Developing subversive technologies,which lead to industrial change,and continuous birth of a new type of strategic emerging industry are inevitable choices under the current national strategy of innovation-driven and civil-military integration in China. The author attempts to combine the latest research in related fields.From the new perspective of civil-military integration,the effect of subversive technological innovation on the development of strategic emerging industries is analyzed in the paper,and puts civil-military integration is put into the whole process from subversive technological innovation to the formation of emerging industries.The mechanism between subversive technology and strategic emerging industries can provide theoretical guidance to promote the cultivation,formation and development of new strategic emerging industries in China.
