大学生网络借贷的突出问题与对策研究

摘　　要：随着"互联网+"时代的到来,网络借贷平台正在成为一种趋势。受经济利益驱动,借贷平台推出的涉嫌违规违法的"校园贷"产品,使部分大学生深陷其中,并由此引发了一系列的社会问题,给学生造成极坏的影响与伤害,给家庭造成极重的压力与负担,给学校及社会造成极大的安全隐患与风险。因此,针对当前"校园贷"存在的突出问题,应着重从政府、学校、家庭三个维度来采取措施形成合力,帮助大学生抵制"校园贷",化解危机。With the advent of the "Internet +" era,online lending platform is becoming a trend.Driven by economic interests,the "campus loan" products launched by the lending platform for suspected violations of laws and regulations have caused some college students to get caught up in it,which has caused a series of social problems,causing extremely bad influence and harm to students,causing extreme pressure and burden to families and causing great potential safety hazard and risks to schools and society.Therefore,in view of the prominent problems of the current "campus loan",we should focus on the three dimensions of government,school and family to take measures to help students resist "campus loan" and resolve the crisis.
