摘  要:建立了基于悬臂梁振动理论的舌簧阀运动模型,利用该模型分析了舌簧排气阀运动规律,以及阀片在开启过程、全开阶段、关闭过程的压力损失情况.分析结果表明:随阀片厚度增加,阀片全开期缩短,初始关闭角减小,相对压力损失曲线的波动性增强,压力损失增大.随阀片升程增加,关闭过程出现回弹波动越早,且升程增加,阀片开启面积增加,压力损失减小.随压缩机转速降低,阀片开启时间缩短,压力损失减小.但当转速降低到800r/min时,出现颤振,相对压力损失曲线呈波浪形,压力损失增大.To analyze the motion law of the reed valve and pressure loss during opening process, full opening stage and closing process, a motion model of a reed valve is established based on cantilever vibration theory. The analysis results show that with the increase of the valve thickness, the full opening period of the valve is shortened, the initial closing angle decreases, the fluctuation of the relative pressure loss curve increases, and the pressure loss increases. With the increase of the valve lift, the rebound fluctuates earlier in the closing process, and the pressure loss decreases. With the reduction of the compressor speed, the opening time of the valve is shortened, and the pressure loss is reduced. However, the flutter occurs when the speed is reduced to 800 rpm, the curve of the relative pressure loss is wavy, and the pressure loss increases.
