摘  要:伴随"一带一路"倡议的推进,地处中亚的哈萨克斯坦的重要性日益凸显,加强对哈宣传应属题中之义。但过去长期以来,我国对哈外宣存在关注不够、基础不牢等问题,需要通过主动设置议程,适应当地的话语模式,以客观事实回应争议,"借嘴说话"创新外宣模式等方式提升传播效果。With the advancement of the "one belt and one way" initiative, the location of Kazakhstan in Central Asia has become increasingly prominent. However, for a long time in the past, China has not paid enough attention to Kazakhstan's foreign propaganda and its foundation is also not strong enough. Therefore, China needs to actively set the agenda, adapt to the local discourse mode, respond to disputes with objective facts, and innovate the external publicity mode to improve the communication effect.
