摘　　要：从大学生健康与思政的相关性分析入手,探讨能力健康与思政教育的相关性,提出基于能力健康培育的高校思政教育建议。This paper starts with the analysis of the correlation between university students' health and Ideological and political education, to explore the correlation between ability health and ideological and political education, to put forward the suggestion of ideological and political thought education in university based on the cultivation of ability health.
