摘 要:研究了基础承台混凝土浇筑凝结过程中温度变化趋势。采用温度计定时对某垃圾池底基础承台上中下三层从浇筑开始进行温度监控,得出温度变化规律并绘制对应的趋势图。研究表明:垃圾池基础承台的水化热温度随混凝土龄期发展经历3个阶段:即上升阶段、稳定阶段和下降阶段。并且上层温度下降最快,底层温度下降最慢,温控措施的重点应放在承台下部。为以后类似的结构采取措施降低水化热温度提供参考。The temperature variation trend during the concrete pouring and setting process of foundation cap was studied.Thermometers was used to monitor the temperature of the upper, middle and lower floors of the foundation cap of a garbage pool from the beginning of pouring.The research shows that the temperature of hydration heat of the foundation cap of the garbage can goes through three stages with the development of concrete age: rising stage, stable stage and falling stage. In addition,the temperature of the upper layer drops the fastest, and that of the bottom layer drops the slowest. It provides a reference for similar structures to take measures to reduce the temperature of hydration heat.
