优质护理应用于神经内科患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨神经内科患者的护理方法。方法选择128名神经内科住院患者,将其随机的分为实验组和对照组。对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施优质护理。观察比较两组患者的SAS、SDS以及生存质量评分。结果与护理前比较,两组护理后SAS、SDS得分均有不同程度的下降(P<0.01),但实验组下降幅度大于对照组(t=3.06,3.18;P<0.01);护理后,两组除了“社会活动”比较无统计学意义外,其他各方面比较均有统计学意义,实验组生存质量总得分显著高于对照组(t=4.87,P<0.01)。结论优质护理用于神经内科患者,能显著改善其心理状态,提升生存质量。Objective To explore the nursing methods of neurology patients. Methods A total of 128 inpatients in neurology were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was given routine care and the experimental group was given quality care. SAS, SDS, and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with pre-treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were decreased in different degrees ( P <0.01), but the decrease in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group ( t =3.06, 3.18;P <0.01). After nursing, the results in "social activity" between two groups showed no statistical significance, and all other aspects were statistically significant. The total score of life quality in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( t =4.87, P <0.01). Conclusion Quality nursing is used in neurology patients to significantly improve their mental status and life quality.
