摘 要:苯腙类化合物在抗菌、抑菌等生物活性方面及光学材料领域有相当大的研究前景。通过2,4-二硝基苯肼和对硝基苯甲醛的亲核加成反应从而得到对硝基苯甲醛缩2,4-二硝基苯腙。通过改变反应时间、反应温度及反应物料比等条件,探究出一条高产率的合成路线。研究后发现最佳合成条件为:物料比(物质的量之比)为1∶1.4、反应时间为90min、反应温度为45℃并对化合物进行了红外、紫外表征。phenylhydrazone compounds have great prospects in the field of biological activities such as antibacterial and seedling inhibition,as well as in the field of optical materials.Through the nucleophilic addition reaction of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine and p-nitrobenzaldehyde,p-nitrobenzaldehyde was condensed to 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone.By changing the conditions of reaction time,reaction temperature and reaction material ratio,a high yield synthetic route was explored.Itwas found that the optimum synthesis conditions were as follows: the ratio of material to material was 1 ∶ 1.4,the reaction time was 90min,and the reaction temperature was 45C.The compounds were characterized by IR and firewood.
