摘　　要：海上石油是我国能源供给的新的增长点,海洋石油是一个高风险、高技术、高投入的行业。如何有效实施海上油气田的开发管理,提高经济效益,是海洋石油企业的一个重要课题。分析海上油气田开发项目的有以下投资控制现状,根据实际工作实践结合管理理论,提出合理的投资控制措施建议。Offshore oil is a new growth point for China's energy supply.Offshore oil is a high-risk,high-tech,high-input industry.How to effectively implement the development and management of offshore oil and gas fields and improve economic efficiency is an important issue for offshore oil companies.The analysis of offshore oil and gas field development projects has the following status of investment control,and based on actual work practices combined with management theory,proposes reasonable investment control measures.
