基于建造师执业资格考试的建设法规课程教学改革

摘　　要：注册建造师是以专业技术为依托,以工程项目管理为主的注册执业人士.注册建造师可以担任建设工程总承包或施工管理的项目负责人,从事法律、行政法规或标准规范的相关业务.高校土木工程专业建设法规课程教学存在与土建类执业资格考试和社会需求脱轨现象,采用建造师建设法规及相关知识考试大纲为蓝本,对建设法规课程的教学大纲、教学内容、教学方法及过程性考核进行了优化,并提出了具体措施,以期培养学以致用、供需接轨的专业工程项目管理专业人才.National certified architect is registered practitioners relying on professional technology and mainly on project management. National certified architect may act as project manager of general contracting or construction management of construction projects and engage in related business of laws, administrative regulations or standards. The teaching of building laws and regulations course in Civil Engineering Specialty in colleges and universities is out of line with the civil engineering qualification examination and social needs. Based on the examination program of construction laws and regulations and related knowledge,this paper optimizes the teaching program,teaching content,teaching methods and process assessment of construction laws and regulations course,and puts forward specific measures in order to train engineering project management professionals who can apply what they have learned and meet the needs of supply and demand.
