摘  要:针对南海乐东22-1气田长水平井砾石充填技术难点,开展了低密度砾石充填模拟计算,设计了低密度砾石-多重β波充填技术方案。模拟结果表明:注入阶段和α波充填阶段,钻柱内砂浆摩阻占比约60%~70%;β波充填阶段,摩阻主要发生在冲筛环空;砾石密度对α波充填长度影响显著,利用低密度砾石能够有效提高α波可充填长度。本文设计的低密度砾石-多重β波充填技术方案已在乐东22-1气田取得成功应用,可为长水平井低密度砾石充填提供参考。In view of the difficulty in gravel packing technique for long horizontal wells in LD22-1 gas field in the South China Sea,this paper carried out simulated calculation for low-density gravel packing and designed a technical plan for low-density gravel-multiple β wave packing technique. The simulated calculation result shows that,in injection stage and α wave packing stage,the friction ratio of slurry in the drillpipe is about 60 %~70 %;in β wave packing stage,the frictional resistance mainly occurs in screen-wash pipe annulus. The gravel density has a significant impact on α-wave packing length,and that the low-density gravel packing can effectively improve the length packed by α-wave. The technical plan for low-density gravel-multiple β wave packing technique designed in this paper has been successfully used in LD22-1 gas field,which can provide a reference for low-density gravel packing in long horizontal wells.
