摘　　要：根据卫生部关于抗菌药物临床应用管理办法的规定,为了配合医院做好抗菌药物临床应用的分级管理,我院开发了基于HIS医生工作站的抗菌药物使用及审批系统,根据医师的专业技术职务设置抗菌药物临床使用的权限,系统自动审核,对于超限用药系统提供审批流程。该软件提高了临床用药的准确性和安全性,同时降低了临床的抗生素使用率,使得用药更规范、流程更严谨,本文主要介绍该软件的设计与实现过程。According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health on the clinical application of antibacterial drugs, in order to cooperate with the hospital to do the hierarchical management of the clinical application of antibacterial drugs, our hospital has developed an antibacterial drug use and approval system based on the HIS doctor workstation, and set antibacterial according to the professional technical position of the doctor. The authority for clinical use of the drug is automatically reviewed by the system, and the approval process is provided for the over-limit drug system. The software improves the accuracy and safety of clinical medications, while reducing the clinical use of antibiotics, making the medication more standardized and more rigorous. This article mainly introduces the design and implementation process of the software.
