摘  要:氢气是一种无色无味的、难溶于水的、密度最小的双原子气体,具有一定的还原性。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,氢气作为一种新型的医学气体分子,有明显的抗凋亡、抗炎性和选择性抗氧化反应等作用,对多种疾病模型具有良好的防治作用,并在临床试验中取得较好的效果,但其具体的作用机制尚不完全明确。由此可见,氢气不仅不是生理性惰性气体,还是一种理想的治疗性医疗气体,要将其广泛应用于临床医学领域,还需进一步阐明并证实氢气发挥作用的确切机制,从而使其能更好地治疗人类多种相关性疾病。本文主要就氢气的医疗性应用研究进行综述。HyHdrogen is a colorless, odorless, water-insoluble, least dense diatomic gas with a certain degree of reducibility. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that hydrogen, as a new type of medical gas molecule, has obvious anti-apoptotic, anti-inflammatory and selective antioxidant effects, and has a good preventive effect on various disease models. And achieved good results in clinical trials, but its specific mechanism of action is not completely clear. It can be seen that hydrogen is not only a physiological inert gas, but also an ideal therapeutic medical gas. To be widely used in the field of clinical medicine, it is necessary to further clarify and confirm the exact mechanism of hydrogen action, so that it can be more Good treatment of a variety of related diseases in humans. This paper reviews the medical application of hydrogen.
