复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年阴道炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月~9月我院收治的老年阴道炎患者94例,按照治疗方式分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=46)。对照组给予复方甲硝唑栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用结合雌激素软膏治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗后血清雌二醇(E2)和血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平以及随访3个月后复发率。结果观察组总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察血清E2水平低于对照组,FSH水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为4.08%,低于对照组的28.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年阴道炎疗效显著,复发率低,有效改善患者激素水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 94 patients with vaginal vaginitis admitted to our hospital from January to September 2018 were divided into control group (n=45) and observation group (n=46) according to the treatment. The control group was treated with compound metronidazole suppository. The observation group was treated with conjugated estrogen ointment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and serum estradiol (E2) and serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) levels were compared between the two groups. And the recurrence rate after 3 months follow-up were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%, which was higher than that of the control group (73.33%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum E2 level was lower than that of the control group, and the FSH level was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.08%, which was lower than that of the control group 28.89%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment is effective in the treatment of senile vaginitis with low recurrence rate and effective improvement of hormone levels.
