摘　　要：针对某汽车物流公司仓库进行仓库布局规划设计,采用EIQ分析与SLP方法相结合的方式,根据仓库中出入库订单的特点,找出仓库布局时应注意的要点,并对仓库内部布局进行规划设计,使用Flexsim软件,通过对方案的仿真验证、比较、分析,实现对仓库的合理布局。In this paper, we planned and designed the layout of the warehouse of an automobile logistics company. By combining EIQ with SLP and considering the characteristics of the inbound and outbound orders of the warehouse, we identified the key points to be noticed while designing the layout of the warehouse, proceeded to work out the inner planning of the warehouse, and using Flexsim, through simulating, comparing and analyzing the solutions obtained, arrived at the most reasonable layout for the warehouse.
