摘　　要：新中式一直以来都是建筑领域寻求传统风格与现代建造技术交融的方向。文章以新中式联排住宅与传统民居为切入点,结合四合院、徽派建筑以及苏杭传统民居,选取代表性案例,分析新中式联排住宅在不同地域对传统民居建设材料、工艺、构造、布局的保留与优化方式,探究传统民居空间与现代住宅关联设计的方式。New Chinese style is always an orientation in the field of architecture which seeks melting of traditional style and modern architectural technology. From the point of new Chinese style town house and traditional residence, this text chooses representative cases combined with quadrangle courtyard, Hui style architecture and Suzhou and Hangzhou traditional residence, analyzes the reservation and optimization method of traditional residence in new Chinese style town house in different regions on architectural materials, technology, structure and layout and explores the way of associated design between traditional residence and modern residence.
