摘　　要：文章以连云港某住宅概念方案为例,对褐石风格住宅进行深度剖析。从褐石风格的源流出发,分析褐石风格在建筑中的应用,总结褐石风格的特点,并参考国内的金地艺境小区,对连云港某小区进行褐石风格建筑设计的实践。期待建筑市场上能有更多类似褐石风格这样饱含情怀的作品出现。Taking the scheme of one residence in Lianyungang as an example, this text analyzes brown-style residence deeply. Starting from origin of brown-stone style, it analyzes the application of brown-stone style in architecture, summarizes the features of brown-stone style, and conducts design practice of brown-stone style buildings in one residence in Lianyungang with reference to Jindi Art Wonderland Residence at home. It's expected that there will be more works full of feelings which are similar to brown-stone style in architectural market.
