摘　　要：目的:讨论慢性心力衰竭睡眠障碍患者希望水平对生命质量的影响。方法:选取哈尔滨市第一医院心内科2018年6月至2019年4月收治的慢性心力衰竭睡眠障碍患者125例作为研究对象,采用问卷调查的形式对研究对象的一般资料进行调查,使用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评估睡眠状态,使用Herth希望量表评估希望水平,使用明尼苏达慢性心力衰竭生命质量评分评估生命质量。结果:125例患者的生命质量现状总得分为(55.41±9.96)分;希望水平现状总得分为(33.18±3.02)分;患者的希望水平与生命质量评分之间呈负相关,相关性系数r在-0.309^-0.572之间(P<0.05);影响患者生命质量的因素包括年龄、婚姻、希望水平中的采取积极行动及与他人保持亲密关系。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者的生命质量较差且普遍希望水平为中低水平。医护人员应注重对该病症患者心理因素的评估,鼓励其采取积极行动并与他人之间保持密切的联系,来提升其希望水平,最终达到改善生命质量的目的。Objective:To discuss the effect of hope level on quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:125 cases of chronic heart failure sleep disorder admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to April 2019 were intercepted as the subjects of this study.Then the general data of the selected patients were investigated in the form of questionnaires and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale was used.Evaluation of sleep status,Use the Herth Hope Scale to assess the level of hope and use the Minnesota Chronic Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale to assess the quality of life.Results:The quality of life of 125 patients scored(55.41±9.96);The total score of the current level of hope is(33.18±3.02);There is a negative correlation between the patient′s hope level and the quality of life score,and the correlation coefficient R is between-0.309 to-0.572,and P<0.05;Factors that affect the patient′s quality of life include positive action in age,marriage,and hope levels,and maintaining close relationships with others.Conclusion:The quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure is poor and the general hope level is low.Therefore,medical personnel should pay attention to the assessment of the psychological factors of patients with this condition,encourage them to take positive actions and maintain close contact with others.To improve their level of hope and eventually achieve the goal of improving the quality of life.
