摘　　要：失眠障碍是最常见的睡眠障碍,困扰着很多人的生活,目前对失眠障碍的治疗以苯二氮[艹卓]类药物应用最为广泛,但其不良反应较多,耐受性差。近年来,褪黑素受体激动剂成为治疗失眠障碍的研究热点,其代表药物有雷美替胺(也译为拉米替隆,Ramelteon)、他司美琼(Tasimelteon)及阿戈美拉汀(Agomelatine)等,本文综述了阿戈美拉汀的作用机制及其治疗失眠障碍的研究进展。Insomnia disorder is the most common sleep disorder,which affects many people′s life.At present,benzodiazepine drugs are the most widely used in the treatment of insomnia disorder,but its side effects are more and the tolerance is poor.In recent years,melatonin receptor agonists have become a hot spot in the treatment of insomnia disorders,which represent the drugs of Remetimine(Ramelteon),Tasimelteon and Agomelatine,etc.This paper reviews the mechanism of Agomepratine and the progress in the treatment of insomnia disorders.
