摘 要:以某大型建材设备回转窑为研究对象,利用软件Pro/E进行三维建模,基于有限元软件ANSYS对其进行静力学分析和热-结构耦合分析。结论表明:三个支撑位置选择合理可靠;温度对回转窑应力的影响超过机械应力影响,说明设计时不考虑温度的影响是不合理。Taking the rotary kiln of a large of building material equipment as the research object, Pro/E software is used for three-dimensional modeling, and the finite element software ANSYS is used for static analysis and thermal-structural coupling analysis. The conclusion shows that the selection of three supporting positions is reasonable and reliable, and the influence of temperature on stress of rotary kiln is more than that of mechanical stress, which indicates that it is unreasonable to ignore the influence of temperature in design.
