浅析乌鲁瓦提水利枢纽工程水土保持后评价

摘　　要：乌鲁瓦提水利枢纽水土保持后评价工作主要是分析项目在建设和运行过程中产生的水土流失情况,对水土保持效益进行评价。本文结合乌鲁瓦提水利枢纽工程自然条件和水土流失特征,概括了水土保持工作的落实及执行情况,对该项目植被恢复效果、环境改善效果、取得的社会经济效果等方面进行了评价,可为今后的项目管理提供科学依据,对后续同类型项目建设具有指导意义。The post-evaluation of soil and water conservation in Wuluwati Water Control Project is mainly to analyze the situation of water and soil loss during the construction and operation of the project and evaluate the benefits of water and soil conservation.Based on the natural conditions and the characteristics of soil erosion in the Wuluwati Water Control Project,this paper summarizes the implementation and execution of soil and water conservation work,and evaluates the effects of vegetation restoration,environmental improvement and social and economic effects of the project,which can provide scientific basis for future project management and has guiding significance for the follow-up construction of similar projects.
