摘  要:随着国家装配式建筑不断发展,蒸压加气混凝土板材已广泛应用于房屋内外隔墙和楼板。本文采用HPB300光圆钢筋和CRB600H高延性冷轧带肋钢筋作为楼板受力钢筋,采用集中加载方法进行了抗弯性能试验研究。观察了蒸压加气混凝土楼板裂缝情况,测定了蒸压加气混凝土应变和钢筋应变,以及楼板的跨中挠度。结果分析表明:楼板破坏形式均为以弯曲为主的弯剪破坏,在弯矩作用下截面应变符合平截面假定,构件开裂后挠度没有明显突变;实测承载力大于计算承载力;楼板受弯承载力应由变形和强度同时进行控制。With the continuous development of the assembly building,autoclaved aerated concrete slab has been widely used in the internal and external wall and floor.The HPB300 and CRB600H steel bar are used as the reinforcement of the floor,and the experimental study on the flexural behavior of reinforced concrete is carried out by means of concentrated loading.By observing the cracks of autoclaved aerated concrete slab,and determination of the strain and the strain of the reinforcing bar,and midspan deflection of plate.The results show that the failure modes of the floor are shear failure.Under the action of bending moment,the section strain is consistent with the assumption of plane section,and there is no obvious change in the deflection after cracking.The measured bearing capacity is greater than the calculated bearing capacity,and the bending bearing capacity of the plate should be controlled by the deformation and strength simultaneously.
