摘 要:设计了4组碗扣式钢管支架试验方案,对比分析了不同步距和斜撑布置对碗扣式钢管支架的破坏模式、变形性能、承载能力和稳定性的影响。分析结论表明,斜撑的设置和步距减小均可提高碗扣式钢管满堂支架整体刚度、变形能力和极限承载力,而两者相比,增设斜撑比减小步距在提高承载力方面更加经济有效。再通过ANSYS软件进行了有限元模拟,其结果与试验数据较为吻合。Influence of different step pitch and diagonal bracing on the failure mode,deformation performance,bearing capacity and stability of bowl-buckle steel tubular scaffolding were compared and analyzed through four sets of experiments.The results indicate that the overall stiffness,the deformation and the bearing capacity are improved by setting diagonal bracing and decreasing step pith.However,comparatively,the addition of diagonal bracing is more economical and effective than reducing the step pitch.According to the results of experimental research,the finite element model of bowl-buckle steel tubular scaffolding was established by ANSYS,it found that the simulation results were basically consistent with the experimental data.
