探讨急诊宫外孕患者的针对性急救与护理方法

摘　　要：目的观察和探讨急诊宫外孕患者的针对性急救与护理方法。方法选取2017年7月~2018年7月我院收治的50例患者为研究对象,患者入院后采取予针对性急救治疗和针对性护理干预。结果患者抢救后的疼痛评分明显低于抢救前,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对急诊宫外孕患者积极采取针对性急救与护理方法能够显著提高抢救成功率,降低并发症的发生率,减轻患者痛苦,有效提高抢救治疗效果。是保证患者生命安全的重要途径。Objective To observe and discuss the targeted first aid and nursing methods for emergency ectopic pregnancy patients.Methods Fifty patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled.The patients were treated with targeted emergency treatment and targeted nursing intervention after admission.Results The pain scores after rescue were significantly lower than those before rescue,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Actively taking emergency first-aid and nursing methods for patients with emergency ectopic pregnancy can significantly improve the success rate of rescue,reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the pain of patients,and effectively improve the effectiveness of rescue treatment.It is an important way to ensure the safety of patients.
