个性化护理在子宫瘢痕妊娠妇女患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析个性化护理对于子宫瘢痕妊娠妇女患者治疗期间的临床价值。方法在本院2017年5月18日~2018年3月5日期间收治的74名子宫瘢痕妊娠妇女患者中,以随机分组的形式分为两组,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行个性化护理,对照组仅进行常规护理。比较两组患者的心理状态相关指标水平、护理满意度及并发症状况。结果观察组在心理状态相关指标水平、护理满意度及并发症状况上,均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论子宫瘢痕妊娠妇女患者可以通过个性化护理的方式,有效提高患者的治疗满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical value of Personalized nursing in the treatment of women with uterine scar Pregnancy.Methods 74 women with uterine scar Pregnancy who were admitted to our hosPital from May 18,2017 to March 5,2018 were randomly divided into two grouPs.The observation grouP received individualized nursing on the basis of routine nursing,while the control grouP only received routine nursing.The levels of Psychological status related indicators,nursing satisfaction and comPlications were comPared between the two grouPs.Results The observation grouP was suPerior to the control grouP in the level of Psychological status related indicators,nursing satisfaction and comPlications.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Women with uterine scar Pregnancy can effectively imProve their treatment satisfaction through Personalized nursing.
