摘　　要：四川峨胜水泥集团股份有限公司委托中国中材国际工程股份有限公司将其4条熟料生产线(#1、#2、#4、#5线)第三代篦冷机升级改造为LANE型第四代篦冷机,文章详细介绍了LANE型第四代篦冷机技术特点和优势以及该项改造的调试过程和操作要点。改造后的运行结果表明,LANE型第四代篦冷机综合技术指标先进,设备可靠,运行稳定,为业主带来巨大效益,改造达到预期目的。Sichuan Esheng Cement Group Co.,Ltd.entrusted Sinoma International Engineering Co.,Ltd.to upgrade its four clinker production lines(#1,#2,#4,#5)from the third generation grate cooler to the LANE fourth generation grate cooler.The technical characteristics and advantages of the LANE fourth generation grate cooler are introduced in detail,as well as the commissioning process and operation points of the transformation.The operation results show that the comprehensive technical index of LANE type fourth generation grate cooler is advanced,the equipment is reliable and the operation is stable,which brings great benefits to the owners and the transformation achieves the expected purpose.
