摘　　要：通过对“211”高校图书馆的校友服务的栏目设置、入馆条件、服务内容、收费情况等进行网络调研,发现存在为校友服务意识不强、对校友的定义不统一、校友服务的宣传力度不够、不能解决电子资源的版权问题等方面的问题,提出了完善校友服务制度建设、加强对校友读者的研究、加强校友服务宣传推广、建立校友信息服务联盟、将校友服务与其他社会化服务相结合等建议,以期对各高校图书馆开展校友服务提供参考。Through investigating the alumni service on the websites of “211 Project” university libraries from the aspects of the column setting,the condition of admission,service content and expenses,this paper finds some problems,such as poor sense of service,non-uniform definition of alumni,not enough publicity and having no method of solving the copyright issue of electronic resources,and puts forward the suggestions of improving the level of the service,such as improving the system of alumni service,strengthening the research of alumni readers,enhancing promotion,establishing the alliance of alumni information service,combining alumni service with other social service and so on,in order to provide reference for the development of alumni service in university libraries.
