摘  要:首先介绍了超高时空分辨微型化双光子在体显微成像系统。接着提出实验室是创新的源头,交叉学科促进创新,提出培养交叉人才的3条途径。指出科技创新要注重原创,对年轻人的成长提出3点期望,实验室应助力高等教育现代化发展的3点意见。最后对加强大科学工程建设提出4个命题。In this interview,firstly,the ultra-high spatial-temporal resolution miniaturized two-photon in vivo microscopic imaging system is introduced. Then,it is proposed that laboratory is the source of innovation,interdisciplinary promotes innovation,and three ways to cultivate interdisciplinary talents are proposed. Scientific and technological innovation should pay attention to originality,put forward three expectations for the growth of young people,three suggestions for laboratories to help the modernization of higher education,and finally put forward four propositions for strengthening the construction of large-scale scientific projects.
