摘  要:北京航空航天大学机械类专业本科和研究生教学过程中普遍存在理论学习多,实验类课程少,综合解决工程问题的能力有待提高,对此设置了机械产品设计、制造、测量和误差分析一体化实验课。探讨了教学与实验内容的安排,以及实验软硬件平台的建设。通过选定一个复杂机械零件,完成该零件的设计制造全过程,提高学生综合性动手能力和整体性、系统性解决工程问题的能力。There are too many theory courses for machinery professional undergraduate and graduate students in the teaching process in Beihang University. Experimental training is relatively insufficient,which leads to the lack of comprehensive ability for students to solve engineering problems. An experimental course,which mechanical product design,manufacture,measurement and error analysis are involved and integrated,is set up. The arrangement of teaching and experiment,and the construction of experiment software and hardware platforms are discussed. The course requires to complete the whole process of a selected complex mechanical parts,which includes product design and manufacture. It can improve students’ comprehensive practical ability,integral and systematic ability to solve engineering problems.
