摘  要:目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)及左室肥厚(LVH)患者检测儿茶酚抑素(CST)、脑钠肽(BNP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的临床意义。方法选取2017年8月-2018年7月收治的EH患者120例纳入研究,其中LVH组53例、非LVH(NLVH)组67例,1级高血压48例、2级高血压52例、3级高血压20例,另选取同期健康体检者50例为对照组。所有受试者于晨起安静状态下采用超声心动仪测定左室重量指数(LVMI),于晨起空腹抽取静脉血,测定血浆CST,血清BNP及Hcy水平。结果NLVH和LVH组LVMI、GST、BNP、Hcy均高于对照组(P均<0.01);NLVH组LVMI、GST、BNP均高于LVH组(P均<0.01)。1级高血压LVMI、BNP均高于对照组(P均<0.05),2级高血压、3级高血压LVMI、GST、BNP、Hcy均高于对照组(P均<0.01);1级高血压、2级高血压、3级高血压间LVMI、GST、BNP、Hcy比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论EH患者外周血中GST、BNP、Hcy水平检测可用于判断LVH严重程度。Objective To explore the correlation of catechostatin(CST),brain natriuretic peptide (BNP),and (Homocysteine)Hcy with the essential hypertension(EH) and left ventricle hypertrophy (LVH). Methods A total of 120 patients with EH who were admitted in our hospital from August,2017 to July, 2018 were included in the study, among which 53 cases in LVH group, 67 cases in NLVH group;48 had grade 1 hypertension,52 had grade 2 hypertension, and 20 had grade 3 hypertension. Moreover,50 healthy individuals who came for physical examination were served as the control group. Under the rest state in the morning, the ultrasound cardiotachograph was used to detect LVMI. The morning fasting venous blood was collected to detect the plasma CST,BNP and Hcy. Results LVMI,CST,BNP, and Hcy in NLVH and LVH groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P all <0.01). LVMI,CST,and BNP in NLVH group were significantly higher than those in LVH group(P all <0.01). LVMI and BNP in grade 1 hypertension group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P all <0.05). LVMI,CST,BNP,and Hcy in hypertension 2 and 3 groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P all <0.01). The comparison of LVMI,CST,BNP,and Hcy among grade 1,2,and 3 hypertension groups was statistically significant(P all <0.01). Conclusion The peripheral blood CST,BNP,and Hcy levels in EH patients are significantly higher than those in the healthy individuals, whose level can reflect the severity degree of LVH.
