美托洛尔联合丹红注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察美托洛尔联合丹红注射液对稳定型心绞痛患者的治疗作用。方法选取我院2014年9月至2017年12月心内科收治的128例稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为两组,每组64例,对照组接受正规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用美托洛尔缓释片及丹红注射液,对比两组患者的治疗效果、血清脑尿钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)、内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)、一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)水平和生活质量及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(79.69%)(P<0.05),观察组血清BNP、ET-1水平较对照组降低(P均<0.05),NO水平升高(P<0.05)。西雅图心绞痛量表评分显示,观察组在躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作频率、治疗满意程度和疾病认知程度等评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均出现不良反应,但均能耐受,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合丹红注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效较好,可提高患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Danhong injection combined with metoprolol on stable angina pectoris. Methods Total 128 patients with stable angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups(64 in each group). The control group received regular treatment of angina pectoris. The observation group was treated with metoprolol sustained-release tablets and Danhong injection on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and endothelium of the two groups, changes of endothelin-1 (ET-1),nitric oxide(NO) level, quality of life and adverse reactions during treatment were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group (93.75%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.69%)(P<0.05). Serum BNP and ET-1 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and NO levels were higher(P all <0.05). The score of Seattle angina scale showed that the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P all <0.05). During the treatment, adverse reactions occurred in both groups, but both were tolerable, and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Danhong injection is effective in the treatment of stable angina pectoris, which can reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve the quality of life of patients.
