摘 要:针对研发、检测弹药的安全性试验需求,通过分析高速弹丸加载的内弹道特性,结合身管结构的力学和强度分析,设计了一种采用火药燃气驱动技术的高速破片发射装置,该装置口径为25mm,长度4m。设计最大装药量200g,发射最大弹丸质量75g,最大膛压250MPa。计算了该装置速度、压力与装药量、弹丸质量的关系,并与试验结果进行比较,发现二者具有较好的一致性。利用该发射装置,可将65g质量的弹丸发射至1840m/s,实现了破片的高速可控加速,可应用于弹药的破片撞击安全性考核。Aiming at the requirement of safety test for developing and testing ammunition,the interior ballistic characteristics of high-speed projectile loading device were analyzed. The mechanical property and strength characteristics of barrel structure were considered,and a high-speed fragment launching- device using gunpowder gas driving technology was designed. The device has a diameter of 25 mm and a length of 4 m,and the designed maximum charge is 200 g,and the maximum projectile-mass is 75 g,and the maximum rolling-pressure is 250 MPa. The relationship among the speed,pressure,charge of the device and the mass of the projectile was calculated. The calculation results are consistent with the experimental results. The test results show that the projectile with the mass of 65 g can be launched to 1 840 m/s by using the developed launching device. The controllable loading of high-speed fragments was realized. The study result can be applied to the safety assessment of fragments impact of ammunition.
