摘 要:基于高频振动筛在选煤工业中的重要作用,概述了高频振动筛的分类及主要适用的工艺流程,总结了国外高频振动筛技术的发展现状,并介绍了国外各种常见高频振动筛的结构及性能特点,从发展概况、技术研究、用途研究以及设备结构特点方面,分析了国内常见高频振动筛的发展现状,并提出了我国高频振动筛今后重点研究方向,为高频振动筛行业的健康与快速发展提供借鉴和参考。High-frequency vibrating screen plays an important role in coal preparation industry.The paper presents a general overview of the classification of such screens and the principal technological processes applied,as well as the present status of the development of the screens abroad.Following an introduction to the structural and performance characteristics of the high-frequency vibrating screens in common use in foreign countries,the author makes an analysis of the state-of-the-art of the domestic counterparts from the perspectives of developing trend,technological and application reaearch,and structural features.Finally,the direction of the key research work on such screens in the future in China is pointed out,which may serve as a reference for the healthy and rapid development of the high-frequency vibrating screen manufacturing sectors.
