摘  要:随着煤炭市场的变化和环境保护要求的提高,仅块煤分选的动力煤选煤厂有末煤提质需求,结合新近发展的煤炭分选技术,提出以智能干选+浅槽重介分选的“TFW”新工艺,即原煤经6mm脱粉后,>50mm粒级煤采用智能干选机分选,50~6mm粒级煤采用浅槽重介分选机分选。该工艺已在哈尔乌素选煤厂成功应用,为仅采用浅槽重介分选机分选的动力煤选煤厂的产品提质提供了新思路。With the change of coal market and rising demand for environmental protection,the coarse power coal treating plants call for the upgrading of the small coal product.Based on the recently developed coal preparation technologies,a noval process comprising of dry cleaning,fine coal removal and wet cleaning operations is developed.In this process,use is made of the TDS intelligent dry cleaning machine for dry cleaning and shallow-bath heavy medium separator for wet cleaning.After removal of the fine coal at a size of 6 mm,the>50 mm raw coal is treated by TDS while the 50~6 mm coal is treated by shallow-bath heavy medium separator.The operation of the process has met with great success at Harvsu Coal Preparation Plant.This provides a new idea for upgrading the products of the plants where only coarse power coal is treated with the use of shallow-bath heavy medium separator.
