摘　　要：利用正弦筛无振动、设备紧凑、对煤质适应性强、筛分效率高的特点,将其与双齿辊破碎机组合安装成一套原煤筛分破碎系统,对分选入料粒度上限严格控制,解决了无压三产品重介质旋流器一二段连接管频繁卡堵问题.The sine screen offers the special merits of being vibration-free in operation,compact in equipment layout,highly adaptable to variation of raw coal property and high in efficiency.A screening-crushing system is developed by combining the sine screen and the double-toothed-roll crusher for strict control of upper size limit of raw coal.The use of the system has tackled the problem of frequent blocking of the pipe connecting the first and second stages of the gravity-fed 3-product H.M.cyclone.
