摘 要:为了解决生产中大块原煤增多,手选矸石劳动强度增大以及原煤破碎机无法正常运转的问题,在不影响现有选煤厂正常生产的前提下,同忻选煤厂二厂通过增加浅槽重介分选系统的方法,将原煤中大块矸石预先排除。生产实践表明,进入破碎机的物料预先排矸,破碎量及强度都大幅降低,有效保证了破碎机的正常运转;同时将大块原煤中矸石预先排除,可避免矸石破碎后再进入现有重介质旋流器系统,减少了不必要的环节,降低系统负荷。In order to tackle the problems relating to increased proportion of large sizes in raw coal,higher labor intensity in hand picking and inability to maintain normal operation of raw coal crusher,it is aimed to switch to the process of pre-removal of large pieces of dirts in raw coal by using shallow-bath heavy-medium separator while ensuring that the normal operation of the plant′s existing washing systems is not affected.Practice shows that the renovation has made it possible to effectively ensure the normal operation of crusher due to drastic reduction of its crushing volume and intensity thanks to the change of its feed from raw coal to clean coal,and to reduce unnecessary process links and workload of the existing heavy medium cyclone system as the pre-removal of large-sized rock pieces can avoid the entry of crushed rock particles into cyclone system.
