摘 要:针对BCM-Ⅱ型电梯平衡系数测试仪在测量部分大吨位电梯时摩擦力不足问题,提出一种带反馈的伺服电机位置控制模式及增强扭矩系数稳定性的方法进行预防和解决。在提升过程中监控提升力的变化率以预判是否存在摩擦力不足问题;分析不同工况下的扭矩系数稳定性以保证测试过程具有稳定的摩擦力。搭建实验平台,对测量方法进行测试和改进,有效解决了测试仪摩擦力不足问题。Aiming at the problems of insufficient friction during the process of taking advantage of the BCM-Ⅱ instrument to test the elevator balance coefficient, a position control mode with feedback and the method of increasing the stability of torque coefficient are adopted to solve the problem. Feedback element is used to discover and prevent the problem of insufficient friction. The torque coefficients under different working conditions are analyzed and compared. The experimental platform has been buil t to simulate the real measurement environment, and the measurement method was studied and improved. The problem of insufficient friction in the tester was effectively solved.
