摘 要:近两年来,随着互联网信息技术的飞速发展和消费者信用理念的转变,消费金融市场日趋繁荣。在多元业务主体的推动下,消费信贷资产证券化市场的发展取得了显著成效,但同时也存在制约市场进一步发展的问题。本文通过对消费信贷资产证券化的基础资产特点和发行现状的分析,指出我国消费信贷资产证券化市场在发展中面临的困境;通过对美国消费信贷资产证券化市场发展历程及其模式的研究,总结出相关经验特点,并从法律体系构建、全面风险管理、信息披露机制和监管体系等方面对未来市场发展提出了对策建议。In the past two years, with the rapid development of Internet information technology and the change of consumer credit concept, the consumer finance market has become increasingly prosperous. Driven by the diversi-fied business entities, the development of the consumer credit asset securitization market has achieved remarkable results, but at the same time, there were problems that restrict the further development of the market. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of basic assets and the status of issuance of consumer credit asset securitization, this paper points out the dilemma faced by China's consumer credit asset securitization market in its development. Through the research on the development process and model of the US consumer credit asset securitization market, this paper summarizes the relevant experience characteristics, and puts forwards countermeasures and suggestions for future market development from the aspects of legal system construction, comprehensive risk management, infor-mation disclosure mechanism and supervision system.
