摘 要:为降低低碳铝镇静钢中的氧含量,通过对转炉C-O反应机理进行研究,采取在转炉出钢前期用碳粉替代部分铝粒进行钢水预脱氧的操作。实践表明:转炉出钢使用碳粉预脱氧工艺后,脱氧效果与正常脱氧工艺基本相同,但铝粒消耗降低约25kg/炉钢,年创效约665万元;不会对钢水增碳造成较大的影响;水口结瘤炉次明显减少,浸入式水口的使用寿命也由4h延长到4.5h。此工艺的实施,不仅降本增效,还提高了连铸可浇性,改善了钢材质量。In order to reduce the oxygen content in low carbon Al killed steel, the mechanism of C-O reaction in converter was studied, and the carbon powder was used to replace partial aluminium particles to carry molten steel pre-deoxidation in the early stage of tapping. Practice shows that after applying carbon powder pre-deoxidization process in converter tapping, the deoxidization effect is basically the same as that of normal deoxidization process, but the aluminium particles consumption decreases by about 25 kg in a heat, createing 6.65 million RMB benefit per year;it will not have a great impact on molten steel carbonization;the number of nozzle blocking decreases significantly, and the service life of submerged nozzle is extended from 4 h to 4.5 h. The implementation of new process reduces cost, increases efficiency, and improves castability and steel quality.
