摘　　要：最近几年,人们进入大数据时代,物流行业高速发展,但一些企业在物流运作过程中盲目追求更大的经济利润,忽视成本管理,导致后续运转经营不善。因而在大数据时代怎样加强物流成本管理是企业面临的重要问题。文中首先简单阐述大数据和物流成本,接着主要分析基于大数据的A企业物流成本管理优化,希望能为企业控制物流成本提供参考。In recent years,people have entered the era of big data and the logistics industry has developed rapidly.However,some enterprises blindly pursue greater economic profits in the process of logistics operation and neglect cost management,resulting in poor follow-up operation and operation.Therefore,how to strengthen logistics cost management in the era of big data is an important problem faced by enterprises.Firstly,this paper briefly expounds the big data and logistics cost,and then mainly analyses the optimization of logistics cost management of enterprise A based on big data,hoping to provide reference for enterprises to control logistics cost.
