摘　　要：基于集成化、同步共享的供应链管理思想,构建与优化政府采购流程、计划编制及实施的步骤、供应商集成的建设。对现阶段我国政府采购管理面临的问题分析,提出通过应用信息电子互联网+的商业模式,可以使得信息共享、物流优化和资金流安全,采购流程的实施过程更简约、透明度更高,采购成本及费用大大下降。Based on the idea of integrated and synchronized supply chain management,this paper constructs and optimizes the process of government procurement,the steps of planning and implementation,and the construction of supplier integration.Based on the analysis of the problems faced by the government procurement management in our country at the present stage,it is put forward that the information sharing,logistics optimization and capital flow security can be achieved through the application of the information electronic Internet + business mode.The implementation process of the procurement process is simpler,more transparent,and the procurement cost and cost are greatly reduced.
