南水北调中线一期工程向白龟山水库生态调水的实践

摘　　要：南水北调中线一期工程通水四年来,不仅显现出巨大的经济社会效益,生态效益也十分显著。2017年9月29日至11月11日,南水北调中线一期工程首次向白龟山水库实施生态调水,成为生态文明建设的一次生动实践。本文分析了本次生态调水的原因、过程及效果,并对生态调水实践进行了认真思考,以期总结经验,为建立科学的生态调水机制打下基础。Water has been supplied in the first phase of the middle route of south-to-north water diversion project for four years. The project not only shows huge economic and social benefits, but also achieves remarkable ecological benefits. The first phase of the middle route of the south-to-north water diversion project carried out ecological water diversion to Baiguishan Reservoir for the first time from September 29, 2017 to November 11, 2017. It became a vivid practice of ecological civilization construction. The cause, process and effect of the ecological water diversion are analyzed in the paper, and the practice of ecological water diversion is seriously thought. The experience is summarized, thereby laying the foundation for establishing a scientific ecological water diversion mechanism.
