摘　　要：启闭机是建筑物孔口启闭系统中关键的操作控制设备。本文从启门荷载、传动机构、钢丝绳、电机以及控制保护装置等方面,总结了在役固定卷扬式启闭机的常见问题及破坏形式,分析其产生的主要原因,并提出相关技术处理措施,为卷扬式启闭机的运行维护和问题处理提供借鉴。Hoist is the key operation control equipment in the opening and closing system of building orifice. Common problems and failure modes of in-service fixed winch hoist are analyzed from the aspects of door opening load, transmission mechanism, steel wire rope, motor and control protection device, etc. Main causes are analyzed, relevant technical treatment measures are proposed, thereby providing reference for the operation and maintenance of winch hoist and problem solution.
