基层医疗机构患者安全管理应关注的问题——以某乡镇卫生院为例

摘　　要：文章对某乡镇卫生院11年的医疗纠纷(事故)进行了回顾性调查,分析了该院4年的医疗缺陷上报资料,对46名院内职工开展了患者安全关注点调查。经综合评估后确定了基层医疗机构某乡镇卫生院患者安全管理的10个关注点为:患者评估、危急值管理、医患沟通、高危患者、用药安全、患者识别、患者意外伤害、患者基础疾病、手术与有创治疗、转科转院患者,并分别对患者安全管理与关注持续研究进行了讨论。This paper studies retrospectively the medical disputes( malpractices) in a township hospital of Sichuan Province in recent ten years,analyzes the data of medical defects in the hospital reported in 4 years,and conducts a survey of patients’ safety concerns among 46 healthcare workers of the hospital. After comprehensive evaluation,the 10 aspects of patients’ safety management in primary medical institutions were identified,including patient assessment,critical value management,doctor-patient communication,high-risk patients,drug safety,patient identification,accidental injury of patients,patients with basic diseases,surgery and invasive treatment,and transferred patients. This paper also focuses on further study of patients’ safety concerns and management.
