摘 要:目前,绝大多数车门都设计有外板支撑板,对提高车门外板抗凹性起到重要作用。结合某车型车门外板支撑板的设计开发,介绍通过提高外板支撑板结构达到提升汽车车门外板的一些方法与技巧。提出了一种利用优化结构实现车身轻量化设计思路。At present, most doors are designed with outer plate reinforcement plate, which plays an important role in improving the anti-concave performance of the door plate. Combined with the design and development of the reinforcement plate of a certain type of car, this paper introduces some methods and techniques of improving the structure of the reinforce -ment plate of the outside plate to improve the outside plate of the car. This paper presents an idea of using the optimized structure to realize the lightweight design of BIW.
