摘 要:长距离重力流输水管道应用日益增多,水锤防护研究对于保障输水管道安全运行至关重要。某4万m^3/d供水工程重力流输水管道长约12.8km,地形起伏较大,通过水锤模拟,结合工程实际条件,在水锤发生的薄弱位置设置空气阀和水击泄压阀,水锤升压控制低于1.3倍最大工作压力,使输水管道系统处于安全工作状态,既易于实施,又节省用地与投资,同时针对水锤防护全过程提出合理化建议。More and more long-distance gravity flow water conveying pipelines are applied. The study on the protection of water hammer is critical for the safe operation of water conveying pipelines. The gravity flow water conveying pipeline in a 40 000 m3/d water supply project is about 12.8 m long. Its topographic relief is great. According to the simulation of water hammer, and combined with the actual engineering conditions, the air valve and surge reliever are installed at the weak positions of potential water hammer. The boost control of water hammer is less than 1.3 times of the maximum working pressure, which can make the water conveying pipeline system in safe working condition not only being easy to implement, but also saving the land and investment. At the same time, this paper puts forward the rationalization proposal for the whole protection process of water hammer.
