摘 要:为探究小麦三雌蕊突变体相关材料与四川主要小麦品种籽粒的微量元素含量差异,测定了29份小麦材料籽粒中钙(Ca)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、钠(Na)、锌(Zn)和硒(Se)等9种元素,并利用SPSS21.0进行了元素之间的差异分析和相关分析。结果表明:29份小麦材料中相同微量元素含量差异明显;CM28、川麦44、绵麦41、绵麦45、川育21、MY29TP、CSTP和NM9易于富集Cd、Cr和Pb三种有害微量元素之一,从营养品质角度出发这些材料不适合作为育种材料亲本。相关分析表明:Se与Cr、Mn、Fe、Zn,Fe与Cr、Mn、Zn,以及Zn与Mn这些微量元素之间存在显著或极显著正相关,说明这些元素在小麦籽粒中表现出相互促进累积的作用。本实验室特有的小麦材料CM28TP和HTS-1易于累积多种对小麦生长和人体有益的微量元素,且含量高于平均值。这些结果将为培育对多种微量元素累积具有高敏感型的优良小麦品种亲本选择和相关基因发掘研究提供参考依据。To study the difference of micronutrients content between wheat three pistils mutants and wheat cultivars in Sichuan province,the contents of micronutrients in 29 common wheat grains are determined,including calcium (Ca),chromium (Cr),cadmium (Cd),plumbum (Pb),iron (Fe),manganese (Mn),natrium (Na),zinc (Zn),and selenium (Se).The ANOVVA and correlation analysis are conducted by SPSS 21.0.The results show that micronutrients content of 29 common wheat grains differ significantly,and Chuanmai 28,Chuanmai 44,Mianmai 41,Mianmai 45,Chuanyu 21,MY29TP,CSTP,and NM9 are liable to accumulate one of the Cd,Cr,and Pb.Thus,the wheat mentioned above are not suitable for breeding parents in terms of nutritional quality.The correlation results show that the correlations of Se and Cr,Se and Mn,Se and Fe,Se and Zn,Fe and Cr,Fe and Mn,Fe and Zn,Zn and Mn are significantly positive.It indicates that the above micronutrients could promote the content accumulation in wheat grains.The unique CM28TP and HTS-1 adopted by our laboratory can easily accumulate several beneficial micronutrients contents in their grains more than the average contents of the 29 common wheat grains.These results can provide useful reference for parent’s selection in breeding quality wheat grain of high sensitivity to micronutrients accumulation and the studies of exploring related genes as well.
